CANCELLATION POLICY
** by booking an appointment at Trailer Park Pretty Studio with Chanda, all guests are agreeing & accepting of all policies stated. thank you so much, xo’s. ** * deposits: please note that a deposit is required to reserve any appointments, for both new & existing clients. this deposit will be applied toward the total the day of guests appointment. * cancellations & rescheduling: if you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. giving 48 hours or more allows for me to reserve that appointment for another waiting guest. if canceling 24 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below & a 60% charge per service booked will incur to the card on file. when rescheduling within a 24 hours notice of original appointment a 20% charge per service will incur to the card of file. if rescheduling is not completed within 8 hours of the original appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below & a 100% charge per service booked will incur to the card on file. any & all invoices not paid within 12 hours of reserved time will be owed prior to reserving future dates. any & all invoices left unpaid longer than 30 days will follow up with legal action. * no call no show appointments: in the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment to the card on file & guests will be required to pay a 20% deposit prior to reserving another date. no shows will run the risk of me no longer providing the guests services & terminating our service relationship. * late appointments: please come to your appointment on time with clean & dry hair unless specified earlier. if you’re running behind, I do understand that things happen, please keep me updated on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment or make modifications to the services booked. a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. any more than 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, & be charged in accordance to the no show policy. * snow storms: in the event of a level 2 or higher snowstorm, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if I believe it is unsafe for myself or my guests to travel. safety is a top priority, & I appreciate your understanding in prioritizing the well-being of all involved. * right to refuse or terminate service: at Trailer Park Pretty Studio, we are committed to providing an inclusive, safe, & respectful environment for our guests. however, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service under and not limited to the following circumstances - • disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate toward the team, other guests, or surrounding humans. • refusal to adhere to studio policies including appointment etiquette & hygiene standards. • requests, actions, & conversations that compromise the safety, integrity, comfort, or professionalism of our space & services. our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident & cared for, & maintaining a positive atmosphere is key to that mission. we appreciate your understanding & cooperation. * the guarantee: I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair & overall experience. I know that your hair is important to you & I want you to be happy throughout your appointment! as the professional, I strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic approach to achieving your beauty goals. if you are not happy with your experience, I will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling your best. if after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, I am happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a correction service. reasonable circumstances. however, this guarantee is void if slander, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior is directed toward our team, other guests, or the studio. we believe in open, respectful communication to address any concerns & resolve issues professionally. our goal is to ensure every guest feels valued, & we expect the same courtesy in return.
